RAFFAELE RESTAURANT @ THE BAYLEAF, INTRAMUROS, MANILA

Opened in 2014 the Raffaele Restaurant boasts a traditional Italian style wood fired pizza oven. The restaurant is located inside the critically acclaimed Bayleaf Hotel and has stunning day and night time views of the old walled city of Intramuros, Manila. The project was conceptualised and designed by the General Manager Ed Vitug and Larimar were asked to propose a suitable design of tables and seating that would allow a casual elegance to the space. We believe that has been achieved and certainly with regularly fully booked evenings it is not so easy to enjoy the fine traditional Italian cuisine of Chef and his superb crew of kitchen and waitering staff.

Larimar manufactured solid wood table bases of a decorative forties style with marbleised table tops. The seating is a blend of arm chairs and banquette seating in three different faux contract grade suedes that are inherently fire retardant. All of the seats are made with a rigid well built solid wood frame and feature internally sprung cushioning with webbing and over stuffed wadding for a really comfortable dining experience.
